Frequently asked questions
No. A paid plan covers one billing period and is paid in advance. When it ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you buy another period - you are never charged without choosing to pay.
Duplicate or failed charges are refunded in full. We don't refund the unused part of a period that has started. See the cancellation and refund policy for details.
